Hair loss is an entirely natural phenomenon that accompanies the life of our hair. If it is persistent or periodic, the phenomenon can be helped with effective and safe treatments. The life cycle of each hair (Anagen) normally lasts 5-7 years. This is followed by a transition period (Catagen) which lasts 2-3 weeks and a period of quiescence (Telogen) which is preparatory to the next phase of growth and lasts about 2-3 months.
